The Canada Goose Expedition Parka was first created for those working at the McMurdo research station in Antarctica. It is made for the extreme cold (-30C+|-22F+).
The 625-fill duck down retains more heat than other down, allowing for a lighter jacket. The coyote fur trim on the adjustable hood helps to protect your face from the cold.
The Arctic-Tech exterior is water resistant and durable. It’s designed to keep you dry and warm in harsh environments.
The heavy-duty front zipper is protected with a Velcro(r) secured storm flap. There are multiple exterior pockets (including warmer pockets lined with fleece) as well as two internal pockets.
The mid-thigh length keeps much of your body warm. The rib arms cuffs and adjustable waist drawcord block cold air from getting in.
